ORDINANCE 2001-01: Budget Ordinance; Fiscal Year 2001-2002.

ORDINANCE 2001-02: Creating the Town code for the Town of Bear River; setting forth the powers & authorities of the Town.

ORDINANCE 2001-03: Repealing in part & amending in part, Chapter 11, motor vehicles and traffic.

ORDINANCE 2001-04: Authorizing the Town Council to place traffic control devices; directing authorized law enforcement officers to enforce compliance with traffic control devices; penalty.

2003

ORDINANCE 2003-01: Budget Ordinance; Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2003, Ending June 30, 2004.

ORDINANCE 2003-02: Establishing the date and time of the monthly regular meeting of the Town Council, declaring an emergency.

2004

ORDINANCE 2004-03: Establishing a monthly salary for the Mayor of the Town; increasing the salary paid to members of the Council for attendance at specified meetings; setting forth method of payment.

ORDINANCE 2004-04: Charter Ordinance establishing, authorizing and creating a four year term of office for the Mayor of the Town of Bear River.

ORDINANCE 2004-05: Budget Ordinance 2004-2005; Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2004; Ending June 30, 2005.

ORDINANCE 2004-06: Creating and adopting rules, regulations and requirements to govern the subdivision of land within the Town of Bear River.

ORDINANCE 2005-01: The Bear River water distribution and supply ordinance; updating and amending the rules and regulations governing the use of water from the distribution system of the Town.
