2005

Resolution 05-01: Department of State Parks & Cultural Resources grant application for playground equipment.

Resolution 05-02: Authorizing the Town to borrow $250,000 from the First National Bank West of Evanston, Wyoming; Loan proceeds to be used to install water lines and services; pledging revenues from water hook up and use fees to repayment of said loan; creating a budget reserve line item dedicated to repayment of said loan.

Resolution 05-03: Support of the Uinta County Commissioners project to construct a Memorial to honor the police officers and firefighters that have given the ultimate sacrifice while in the line of duty.

Resolution 05-04: Accompany the 2005-2006 Fiscal Year Budget Ordinance establishing all fees, costs and charges to be collected for services, utilities, security or other Town purposes during the 2005-2006 Fiscal Year.

Resolution 05-05: Authorizing the execution of agreement with Jasco, Inc. to construct a 150,000 gallon water storage tank

Resolution 05-06: Authorizing a license agreement with Allwest Communication for the placement of a communication tower on Town property.

Resolution 05-07: Supporting the Wyoming Downs; akaWyoming Horseracing, Inc. in submitting a technical assistance grant through Wyoming Business Council.
